This was one of our first projects, with a brief to create a level lawn and seating area.  This was achieved by installing railway sleepers around the parameter and then cutting and filling with the existing soil.  We installed a decking area and new picket fence.

We returned to the property a few months later after the clients experienced a water leak.  Due to the nature of the existing pipework running through the neighbours garden, we installed a new 30-meter water main from the stop tap to their property. We then took the opportunity to tidy up the boundary to the neighbours lawn by installing railway sleeper border.
