Groundworks & Landscaping
For our Helford project, we undertook a complete groundworks and landscaping package.
This involved removing 700 tonnes away from site, water and electricity diversion trenches, installing a soakaway and treatment plant, a large retaining wall, parking area and slab ready to take timber frame house.

Our clients are passionate about gardening, so we worked closely with them to design and create a beautiful garden on a challenging slope.
We used a mixture of granite retaining walls, vertical and horizontal railway sleepers to create terraces, steps and seating areas. Pathways were finished with slate chippings, and we built bespoke compost bins and completed the project with a new level lawn area.

After the house build, we returned to complete the project in early 2022 with a porcelain patio and Millboard deck.
