A work in progress, the challenge to restore and develop this historic barn into a beautifully finished and thoughtful family home is well underway. The oaked framed extension, with lime pointed Cornish granite stone walls and timber cladding, skilfully connects the new and old, whilst complimenting the farm scape and surrounding woodland with natural materials.

By building this property from the ground up, supporting with design, project management and sourcing, alongside full construction and landscaping, we can ensure every detail is considered. From the construction of a conservation approved bat loft, and expert restoration of the original barn, to the inviting porch with shaker style boot room joinery and bespoke oak staircase within, we are committed to consistent and quality delivery throughout the barn, outbuildings and tiered gardens.
